When you have extra space at your backyard you can create your own garden, you can design or make a customized landscape. Make it beautiful and attractive. It may be simply making journal, reading books, creating crafts, practicing musical instruments, painting or other hobbies that you haven’t know yet. This activities will reduce your stress and lower the risk of depression. 5. MAXIMIZE AND MINIMIZE THE USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA Now that we are on ECQ we have less physical interaction with our friends and relatives so we maximize the use of technologies.
